What to do

Cook Rice

Rinse 1 cup of rice under cold water. Add to a pot with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover and let it simmer for 45 minutes. Don't peek! After 45 minutes, remove from heat and let it sit, still covered, for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy!

Roast Vegetables

Simply slice zuchinnis and Eggplant toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast at 400°F (200°C) for about 25 minutes. For extra flavor, sprinkle with your favorite herbs or spices before roasting. Enjoy this easy, nutritious, and tasty dish!

Cook vegan sausage & peppers

Cooking up some vegan sausage and peppers! Simply slice your favorite vegan sausage and bell peppers, then sauté in a pan with olive oil, garlic, and your favorite herbs until the sausage is browned and the peppers are tender. Make gravy by adding stock & slurry. Pretty easy simple technique to make a hearty meal.

  • 1 Bulb onions
  • 1 Handful tomatoes
  • 1 Piece aubergine
  • 1 Piece zuchinni
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 Cup stock
  • 1 Cup brown rice

Instructions

  • Simply slice your favorite vegan sausage and bell peppers, then sauté in a pan with olive oil, garlic, and your favorite herbs until the sausage is browned and the peppers are tender. Add the stock and slurry. Thicken and season to taste. Serve it up with some crusty bread or over rice for a satisfying and flavorful meal!
