Vegan Tortang Talong

just egg

teaspoon
seasoning of choice
Instructions
Grill eggplant on direct flame on a stovetop or grill.
Peel skin off eggplant, remove seeds too if you please. Flatten.
Season Just egg with seasoning on hand, maybe some garlic powder, salt & pepper or mushroom seasoning.
Dip the flattened eggplant and sear on each side on a non stick pan with a little oil.
