Ingredients
  

Dijon Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ½ cup sour cream vegan alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Agave or any sweetener
  • ½ cup heavy cream vegan alternative
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce vegan alternative

Sauteed Mushrooms

  • 1 cup sauteed mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Other Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup vegan chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Season Chicken – In a large mixing bowl, coat your vegan chicken substitute with olive oil, dijon mustard, and seasonings.
  • Sauté Mushrooms – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the sauteed mushroomsuntil golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Prepare the Sauce – In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, heavy cream, dijon mustard, Agave or maple and a splash of white wine .
  • Cook Vegan Chicken – In the same large skillet, add the vegan chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
  • Combine Everything – Pour the dijon sauce over the vegan chicken and let simmer for a couple of minutes to thicken.
  • Serve & Enjoy – Pair with sweet potatoes, rice casserole, or your favorite side dish.
