- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 pack vegan beef Juicy Marbles or any plant-based protein
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce or dark soy sauce for a richer flavor
- 1 tablespoon vinegar rice or apple cider
- 1 tablespoon sugar or agave syrup
- ½ cup vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water to create a slurry
Sauté Aromatics: Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add onions, scallions, and bell peppers, and sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
