- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoon Trader Joe’s Yangnyeom Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic minced (about 1 tsp)

Prep the Enoki Mushrooms
Cut off the woody stem part or root of the mushroom and separate them into small bite-sized clusters of mushrooms.
Rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
Heat the Pan & Sear the Mushrooms
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with cooking oil.
Lay the mushroom sheet flat in the pan and press lightly.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
Add the Sauce
Flip and sear the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
Lower to medium heat, then drizzle with sesame oil, Yangnyeom sauce, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Let the mushrooms absorb the sauce, flipping once more for even coating.
Garnish & Serve
Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot on a rectangular plate and enjoy as a perfect snack or side dish!
