For the Noodles & Veggies
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- For the Stir-Fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoon vegan oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Hoisin
For the Aromatics & Garnish
- ½ onion thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing
Step 1: Boil the Spaghetti & Veggies
In a large pot of water, cook the spaghetti noodles and broccoli together following the package directions.
Drain, reserving a bit of the pasta water, and set aside.
Step 2: Toss in the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat a little oil and sauté onion and minced garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
