Black Garlic Spaghetti
Your favorite classic dish made more interesting with fermented black garlic and vegan Parm.

- 1 Pack fermented black garlic
- ½ Cup Parmesan cheese (vegan)
- 1 Pack spaghetti noodles
- 1 Bunch asparagus
- 1 Cup mushrooms
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Bulb garlic
- seasoning of choice
Sauté garlic, if you have any more aromatics like alums & peppers, feel free to sauté them. Add marinara. I used Rao, it’s pretty flavored already.
Boil noodles in a pot of salted water, around 9 minutes, strain and then toss in oil. Salt it if you will too, maybe some cut up herbs as you mix em up.
Sauté veggies, we got mushrooms and asparagus here, giving it a good sear. Season as you go.
Toss noodles in Sauce, lay cooked vegetables, finish with more herbs, shaved vegan Parm and fermented black garlic.
