Ingredients
  

  • - 8 oz 225g rotini pasta
  • - 1 package of vegan chorizo check for your preferred brand
  • - Optional: sautéed bell peppers and onions for added flavor and texture
  • - Fresh herbs or vegan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Start by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to cook it al dente for the perfect texture.
  • While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the vegan chorizo until it's nicely browned and flavorful.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the cooked vegan chorizo to the bowl with the pasta and toss gently to combine.
  • If desired, you can also add sautéed bell peppers and onions for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
  • Serve the Rotini and Vegan Chorizo hot, garnished with fresh herbs or vegan cheese for an added touch of deliciousness.
