- - 8 oz 225g rotini pasta
- - 1 package of vegan chorizo check for your preferred brand
- - Optional: sautéed bell peppers and onions for added flavor and texture
- - Fresh herbs or vegan cheese for garnish
Start by cooking the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Make sure to cook it al dente for the perfect texture.
While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the vegan chorizo until it's nicely browned and flavorful.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Add the cooked vegan chorizo to the bowl with the pasta and toss gently to combine.
If desired, you can also add sautéed bell peppers and onions for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
