- ½ cabbage
- 1 Cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Pack Spring roll wrapper
- 3 tablespoon chili oil or vinegar
Cut up veggies in thin strips or juliened.
Saute in a pan until soft, seasoning as you go.
Wrap in rolls. Lay in a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Air frying will work wonders too.
Feel free to use variation of ingredients like vermicelli & carrots.
Use a variety if condiments maybe hoisin based, vinegar or what we used, the good old sweet chili you can find at any asian store.
