Easy and tasty, this recipe can be adapted to whatever you have on hand. Satisfy your asian cravings with this amazing dish.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cabbage
  • 1 Cup thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Pack Spring roll wrapper
  • 3 tablespoon chili oil or vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cut up veggies in thin strips or juliened.
  • Saute in a pan until soft, seasoning as you go.
  • Wrap in rolls. Lay in a baking sheet, brush with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Air frying will work wonders too.

Feel free to use variation of ingredients like vermicelli & carrots. 
Use a variety if condiments maybe hoisin based, vinegar or what we used, the good old sweet chili you can find at any asian store.
