- 2 pcs Beets
- 2 pcs Fennel
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pack Thrilling foods
- 1 Pack polenta
- 1 Handful microgreens
- 1 tablespoon Vegan boursin
- 1 Bulb garlic
wrap beets in foil and bake at 450F for 1 hour
slice up fennel, encase in foil along with garlic olive oil & herbs, bake for 30 mins
sear polenta & vegan bakon till golden brown
assemble, garnish with micro greens & boursin
