Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 225g angel hair pasta
  • 2 tablespoon 30ml olive oil
  • 1 bunch choy sum or pak choy sliced
  • 3 tablespoon 45ml mirin
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced choy sum or pak choy and stir-fry until wilted.
  • Add cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the greens soy sauce, sesame & lemons.
  • Drizzle mirin over the pasta and greens, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
