- 8 oz 225g angel hair pasta
- 2 tablespoon 30ml olive oil
- 1 bunch choy sum or pak choy sliced
- 3 tablespoon 45ml mirin
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
- 3 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced choy sum or pak choy and stir-fry until wilted.
Add cooked angel hair pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the greens soy sauce, sesame & lemons.
Drizzle mirin over the pasta and greens, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
