- 1 Bag marble potatoes
- 1 Bag vegan cheese
- 1 Drizzle olive oil
Slice up marble potatoes, toss in a pan with salt & pepper & oil. Bake on 400 till fork tender.
Spread vegan cheese on top, broil on high up until the cheese melts or browns.
Add your own flair! Maybe some vegan sour cream, maybe some chives. In this case we added basil.
