- 12 A variety tomatoes
- 3 tablespoon aminos
- 3 tablespoon flax oil
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 Pack violife vegan cheese
- 1 Handful basil
Cut up tomatoes, toss in seasoning and dressing
Throw in chiffonade basil.
Grill Mediterranean cheese, add to salad.
In a bowl of baby kale or any greens you might have. Toss everything together.
I topped with some marinated mushrooms and garlic. Feel free and get creative with variations!
