  •  1 whole head Cauliflower cut into florets
  •  2-3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  •  Juice and zest of 1 Lemon
  •  2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  •  1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  •  to taste Salt
  • - to taste Pepper
  •  1 tablespoon optional Maple Syrup or Agave
  •  Fresh Herbs such as Parsley, chopped for garnish (amount to preference)

Instructions
 

  • PREP THE CAULIFLOWER
  • Cut your cauliflower into medium florets, rinse, and pat completely dry so it roasts—not steams.
  • SEASON GENEROUSLY
  • Toss the florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Coat every surface.
  • ROAST UNTIL GOLDEN
  • Bake on a large sheet pan at high heat until the edges are crispy and deeply caramelized.
  • MAKE THE LEMON GARLIC SAUCE
  • Mix lemon juice, zest, minced garlic, olive oil, herbs, salt, and optional maple syrup.
  • TOSS AND SERVE
  • Drizzle the sauce over the hot roasted cauliflower. Brown it more in the oven; Add more herbs, pepper, or lemon.
