  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Impossible meat or any vegan ground meat
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • ½ cup plant milk
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup vegan parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Pasta: Boil fusilli con bucati until al dente per package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and set aside.
  • Prepare the Red Vegan Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent. Stir in the Impossible meat and cook until browned. Add Marinara, stir well.
  • Make Creamy Sauce: Sprinkle flour over a pan of olive oil or butter. Gradually whisk in plant milk, ensuring no lumps. Add vegan cheeses, and seasonings, stirring until smooth.
  • Combine and Bake: Toss the cooked pasta into the cream sauce, Transfer to a baking dish, top with Red Vegan Meat Sauce, More Cream sauce then extra vegan cheese, and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
