  • 2 lemons

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced rosemary, and your desired spices. Ensure that the potatoes are evenly coated with the mixture.
