- 8 Gardein Vegan Meatballs
- 6 Wonton Wrappers
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegan Oyster Sauce
- 1 small Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 Scallions Green Onions
- 2 cups Bok Choy
Prepare the Broth: Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and translucent. Add soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, and 4 cups of water. Bring to a simmer.
