Ingredients
  

  • 8 Gardein Vegan Meatballs
  • 6 Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Oyster Sauce
  • 1 small Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
  • 2 Scallions Green Onions
  • 2 cups Bok Choy

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Broth: Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and translucent. Add soy sauce, vegan oyster sauce, and 4 cups of water. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook the Wonton Wrappers: Cut the wonton wrappers into strips. Boil them in the same pot.
  • Add Vegetables: Add the bok choy to the simmering broth. Cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still vibrant.
  • Heat the Meatballs: Cook the Gardein vegan meatballs according to the package instructions. Add them to the broth.
  • Assemble the Soup: Divide the cooked wonton strips among bowls. Ladle the broth, vegetables, and meatballs over the strips.
  • Garnish and Serve: Top each bowl with sliced scallions. Serve hot and enjoy!
