- 12 pieces Beyond Meatballs
- 8 oz Linguine Fini
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- ½ teaspoon Thyme
- ¼ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar
- 1 small Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- ¼ cup Vegan Parmesan
- 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cups Water or Vegetable Broth
Sauté Aromatics
Heat 2 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced onions and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and golden.
Add Liquid & Noodles
Pour in the marinara sauce, along with 2 cups of water or vegetable broth.
Stir in herbs, spices, and coconut sugar.
