Ingredients
  

  • 18 –20 g freshly ground coffee fine, like table salt
  • 50 –60 ml hot water 200°F / 93°C
  • 120 –150 ml steamed plant milk oat, almond, cashew, or soy
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup cinnamon, or cocoa powder for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Set up your AeroPress with the Fellow Prismo attachment over a sturdy mug.
  • Add coffee grounds (18–20 g).
  • Pour in hot water (50–60 ml) and stir for 10 seconds to bloom.
  • Steep for 30–45 seconds.
  • Press firmly until you hear the hiss — this is your Prismo espresso-style shot.
  • Froth plant milk (oat, almond, cashew, or soy) and pour over your Prismo shot.
  • Sweeten and flavor with maple syrup, cinnamon, or cocoa powder if desired.
